I am a licensed psychotherapist in West Los Angeles, specializing in fertility and reproductive mental health, sexual trauma, and life transitions that feel overwhelming.

I bring over a decade of specialized clinical experience including work at the UCLA Rape Treatment Center, certification in EMDR therapy, and advanced specialized training through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and Postpartum Support International.

  • This is not what you imagined it would look like. Fertility challenges can feel profoundly isolating, especially when it seems like others are moving forward with ease. Whether you are navigating IVF, fertility preservation, pregnancy loss, or complex family-building decisions, therapy can provide support through the uncertainty, grief, and emotional overwhelm that often accompany these experiences.

  • Pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood can bring both joy and unexpected emotional complexity. You may be navigating shifts in identity, grief around a birth experience that did not go as planned, anxiety, depression or the overwhelming transition into parenthood.

  • Experiences of sexual trauma shape how you feel in your body, in relationships, and in the world in ways that can be hard to name. Healing is possible. I have clinical experience at the UCLA Rape Treatment Center and am a certified EMDR therapist.
