FERTILITY, TRAUMA & RELATIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
In-Person in West Los Angeles & Virtual Throughout California
I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in supporting individuals navigating fertility, healing from sexual trauma, and moving through life transitions that can feel overwhelming or isolating.
My work is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Attachment-Focused EMDR. This approach helps us work not only with insight, but also with the emotional and nervous system responses that can keep people feeling stuck. I bring over a decade of experience across community mental health, hospital, school-based, and private practice settings.
Areas of Focus
-
Fertility challenges can feel unexpectedly isolating, especially when it seems like others are moving forward with ease. Whether you are navigating IVF, fertility preservation, pregnancy loss, or complex family-building decisions, therapy can provide support through the uncertainty, grief, and emotional overwhelm that often accompany these experiences.
-
Pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood can bring both joy and unexpected emotional complexity. You may be navigating shifts in identity, grief around a birth experience that did not go as planned, anxiety, or the overwhelming transition into parenthood.
-
Experiences of sexual trauma can affect how you feel in your body, in relationships, and in the world. Therapy can support healing in a way that fosters greater understanding, resilience, connection, and renewed agency.
-
You may notice recurring patterns in relationships, such as feeling overly responsible, disconnected, emotionally guarded, or unsure how to express your needs. Therapy can help bring greater awareness to these patterns and begin shifting them over time.
-
You may be someone others rely on, even when you feel overwhelmed. Underneath, you might feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how long you can continue at this pace.
