Maybe you have experienced a loss that no one around you fully understands. Maybe you just gave birth and feel disconnected from yourself in ways you cannot quite name. EMDR THERAPY

Talk therapy can help you understand what happened. EMDR helps your nervous system move through it.

Many of the experiences that bring people here live in the body, not just the mind. Loss, trauma, fear, grief. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that works at the level where those experiences are stored, so healing is not just understood intellectually but felt.

I am a certified EMDR therapist trained in the Attachment-Focused approach through the Parnell Institute. This work is particularly powerful for birth trauma, pregnancy loss, sexual trauma, and the fear and hypervigilance that so often accompany fertility treatment.
