Individual Therapy

Whether something happened that temporarily overwhelmed your ability to cope or you have been feeling this way for years, Rebecca will collaborate with you to find ways to live the most fulfilling life possible.

Rebecca has received training and is certified in a number of evidence-based practice interventions. She utilizes the most effective approach or combination of approaches in order to address your needs and goals for therapy.

Family Therapy

Even with all the love and support in the world, family dynamics can be complicated. Within a family system, each individual member has different sensitivities, communication styles, and temperaments. Family therapy provides a safe space to help support families in navigating these differences in a way that addresses individual and family members' needs simultaneously.

Play Therapy

While some children can engage in traditional talk therapy, many children, particularly young children, communicate more effectively through play and art.  Developmentally, children can have difficulties verbalizing their emotions, and often times, this can be seen through a variety of behaviors. Play and art can be utilized as a tool to give children a language to express their feelings and can be utilized to decrease and/or prevent behavioral difficulties.

Teletherapy

Teletherapy enables you to seek out support from the comfort of your own home or office.

Teletherapy may be a good fit for you if...

  • You want to receive services from the comfort of your home
  • You have limited time due to work obligations and your short lunch break is your only available window for therapy
  • You have young children and are unable to make it to the office
  • You want to avoid traffic and/or parking
  • You reside in the state of California, and you have had difficulty finding a therapist locally

Teletherapy is not appropriate if...

  • You are actively suicidal and/or depressed
  • Your needs and goals are not conducive to teletherapy

Teletherapy or a hybrid of in-person and teletherapy may be a good fit to address your needs.

Home-Based Therapy

Home-based therapy enables you to seek out in-person support from the comfort of your home.

Home-based therapy may be a great fit for you if...

  • You want to receive services from the comfort of your home
  • You have young children and are unable to make it to the office
  • You are seeking out therapy for your child and/or teenager, and you find it challenging to drive them to therapy after school and/or various extracurricular activities
  • You want to avoid traffic and/or parking
